How to study this deck

Most capitals are the obvious, biggest city in the country, which makes them easy and not worth much study time. The ones worth drilling are the exceptions: capitals that aren't the largest city, or that moved at some point in the country's history, like Brasília, Abuja, Naypyidaw, or Canberra.

If a country keeps showing up in your missed pile, that's the flashcard engine telling you something useful: it's probably one of those exceptions. Keep it in rotation rather than skipping ahead.
